By accessing and using MagicMockups.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
We grant you a commercial license for all mockups generated using our paid credits. You may use these images for commercial purposes, including Etsy listings, social media, and marketing materials. You may not resell the raw mockup images themselves as standalone digital products.
Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by law. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
You retain all rights to the artwork and images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process these images solely for the purpose of generating your mockups.
The materials on MagicMockups.ai are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
